MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Membership in the Sheridan County Historical Society/Wyoming State Historical Society and the Sheridan County Museum are two separate entities. Anyone can be a member of either entity or both and we strongly encourage our supporters to join both*. The Museum is owned and operated by the Sheridan County Historical Society. *Museum memberships at all levels are discounted $5 for single SCHS members and $10 for joint SCHS members at Levels 2, 3, or 4.

Sheridan County Historical Society/Wyoming State Historical Society Memberships

The SCHS/WSHS membership includes membership in SCHS and WSHS. It includes receiving copies of the Annals of Wyoming, the state historical society of Wyoming, the state historical society newsletter Wyoming History News and the SCHS newsletter The Log as well as meeting and special events notices for $26 single and $38 joint. Sheridan County Museum Memberships

Since the museum was founded in 2003, Society members and friends have helped the Sheridan County Museum grow from a room in the Sheridan Inn basement, to five rooms in a lovely little house, to a beautiful, 6500 square foot log building. All this has been made possible through the support of people just like you! Museum memberships have been set apart from Historical Society memberships so that our friends can choose which benefits they are interested in receiving. Types of Membership -- all are renewable annually, and include free admission to all special programs.

Level One -- $30.00 -- Single, $25.00 -- Senior age 60 and over

Benefits:
Unlimited entrance for cardholder (1 person only)

5% discount in the Museum Mercantile

Subscription to the quarterly museum newsletter, The Log

Level Two -- $50.00 -- Family

Benefits:
Unlimited entrance for cardholder's immediate household members

5% discount in the Museum Mercantile

Subscription to the quarterly museum newsletter, The Log

Level Three -- $100.00 -- Business or Individual

Benefits:
4 Season Passes

10% discount in the Museum Mercantile for pass holders

Subscription to the quarterly museum newsletter, The Log

Level Four -- $500.00 -- Business or Corporate Owners

Benefits:
10 Season Passes

10% discount in the Museum Mercantile for pass holders

Subscription to the quarterly museum newsletter, The Log

Special invitation to exhibit pre-openings and special events

The Log

The Log is the official publication of the Sheridan County Historical Society and Museum. Subscriptions to The Log are a benefit of SCHS and Museum memberships. The Log is published three times a year, with supplements published for various events.
